Whether you need a different size or a different style, our goal is to ensure you feel confident in your tailored wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Specify whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size, color, or style.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
